Couples Therapy
Offered to all couples seeking a healthier relationship.
Couples therapy is a great option for those seeking to:
Constructively express feelings
Discuss issues with your partner
Resolve conflicts
Increase understanding and respect
Our approach to couples therapy is simple and impactful. Our goal is to provide the atmosphere for healing encounters which produce secure emotional bonds. As a team, the therapist and the couple strive to identify repetitive negative communication patterns which have undermined the relationship and replace them with positive interactions, forming the development of a secure attachment.

The Pax Process
Schedule Your First Session
When you reach out to us, we will schedule a time for a free 15-minute phone consultation with both partners present, to ensure that we will be a good fit for your needs. We will then schedule an initial appointment and provide you and your partner with any necessary information and documentation.
Build A Relationship
Therapy begins with the initial intake session, which takes about 90 minutes. We use this time to discuss goals for your therapy, get to know you, your partner, and your story, and begin building a relationship.
Establish A Plan
Subsequent sessions can be scheduled and a roadmap for your therapy will be constructed based on your needs.
Meet & Adjust As Needed
Subsequent session are 90 minutes in length. During these sessions, we will work together as a team to put our roadmap, or "treatment plan," into place. We will work together to find you peace.
