We offer group therapy for a variety of life’s challenges for adults. We strive to provide a safe, warm environment for those who seek to better themselves among like-minded individuals in a group therapy structure. We run groups that are both closed (only open to those who will be attending all sessions) and open (open for all who wish to join at any time).
