Schedule Your First Session
When you reach out to us, we will schedule a time to conduct a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure that you will be placed with a therapist that might be a good fit for your specific situation. We will schedule an initial appointment and provide you with any necessary information and documentation.
Build A Relationship
Therapy begins with the initial intake session, which takes about 90 minutes. This can include parents, children, and other individuals significant to the family structure.
Establish A Plan
Subsequent sessions can be scheduled and a roadmap for your family's therapy will be started based on your needs.
Meet & Adjust As Needed
Subsequent sessions are between 50 to 60 minutes in length. In these sessions, we will begin to tackle the specific concerns by referring to and modifying the specific treatment plan made with your therapist.
